The question is simple, but the answer is difficult - because it is being written about almost every day. Laws are being changed to punish, various warnings are being given, but the death rate on the road is not decreasing, but it is increasing constantly. The driver of a class is becoming unmanageable. Due to their reckless behavior, excessive speeding of vehicles and unawareness of pedestrians, life is on the road every day, and wealth is wasted. Even though fatalities have occurred on one road after another, no effective measures have been taken to prevent it. Premature death on the road is causing a family dream to fall apart.
Every day there are accidents on the road, killing and injuring innocent people. The loss is worth billions. Individuals are crippled by these accidents. They are being considered as an increased burden on the family. So much talk about road accidents has been written in various newspapers, it is still happening. Various sympathizers, organization banners, various banquets, festoons, and procession meetings were not short, but nothing was happening. So far no blockade, no less cars have been vandalized. But the road accidents are on the rise. The situation seems to be that the accident is normal and not accidental. However, those who have the slightest contact with the media are well aware of these. So I am talking about the problem and the reason for writing it without mentioning its statistical data.
Famous vocalist Apple Mahmood's younger brother, vocalist and music director, was hit by a bus in Turag and Mohakhali on September 7. The death of Parvez Robb and Farhana Akhter, who worked at a private firm in Mohakhali, brought grief to the family. The national death is causing severe anger in the road accident. Experts say that one day after another, road accidents kill and spoil resources, but drivers are not exemplary. Drivers are becoming more and more reluctant to be bailed out or acquitted by a gap in the law. In this context, most of the drivers are getting the license even though they are not eligible for the license. The traffic police and the BRTA authorities have the responsibility of observing speed limits, overtaking, paperwork or driver's irregularities, but they are not performing their duties properly. Drivers are becoming more and more desperate, even when accidents happen. It looks like there is no one to look at.
It is important to note that through the news of the accident, we have realized a lot about it. But the words that have come up in lesser detail, and what is needed to be said or reported, is to find out where the source of these tragedies lies, to whom and who should be held responsible for the actual accidents? Whose moral instability and extreme indifference to duty have caused such events to take place? That is, to whom can we be especially responsible for all of this? All of this is to think that an accident is, in fact, an end result from the beginnings of a lesser process of unconscious action. Thus, if the beginning of that particular task starts in the hands of a properly skilled manpower, then we do not have to be held hostage to such tragic events. There is a point in marketing that 'if a seller can buy good marketable goods it can be considered half sales', as well as if the driver is efficient in transporting or transporting, then it can be guaranteed to reach the destination. Now the point is, who is the skilled driver to test the skills of these people? Who or what gives an inexperienced driver a license on the road and hands the steering wheel to these life-threatening jailers? Every country has an authority to issue a driver's license to transport drivers, thus all the licensing authorities are active in our country. The task of this authority is to issue a license in the name of a person, starting from all scandals related to transportation. But what is happening to us here is that somehow the steering can be caught, even in some cases the authorities do not know whether the person who has been licensed or not knows the driving at all. And fake driving licenses have begun quite a bit lately. In this context, how can these law enforcement officers, who are regular employees, be OK with having fake driving licenses even when they are on the road? Does the authority not know that the driver's license is both numb? Who issues these issues, or who does the investigation? So, our question is, is it not a bizarre thought to reduce traffic accidents by keeping an ear at the foot? Once the law was enacted in the country, if any person died in a road accident, the concerned driver of the transport would be well judged, the punishment would be death sentence. But the movement of transport workers has to go quietly until the end. Again, the sentence is life sentence. Instead of presenting the details of road accidents or casualties in just a few days or months, I draw the attention of the authorities and readers to the main subject. Now is the time to think, as the driver of the transport, whose government is concerned
